At Radiant Reset, our approach is deeply personal because it's rooted in lived experience and a profound understanding of resilience. Meet Kimberly Mull, the visionary founder behind Radiant Reset, whose journey embodies the very transformation we champion for women.
Kimberly is not just a trauma expert; she is first and foremost a survivor of child trafficking and a dedicated national advocate for victims' rights. This profound background has given her a unique understanding of trauma's intricate connection to emotional well-being and physical health. She knows firsthand that the struggles with food, stress, and self-sabotage are often profound adaptations to deeper experiences, echoing our belief that you're not broken — you adapted to survive.
At one point in her life, Kimberly weighed nearly 400 pounds. She had tried every traditional weight loss method imaginable. Eventually, she lost over 150 pounds — but it wasn’t about willpower; it was about survival. Her body was holding on to trauma, and her relationship with food had become her way of coping. As someone with PCOS and a long history of trauma, she learned that weight wasn’t the root issue — emotional safety was.
Even after losing the weight, Kimberly faced new hurdles. She was still fighting to become a mom. Multiple failed IVF cycles and pregnancy loses left her physically drained and emotionally devastated. The stress, grief, and hormonal chaos led to a 50-pound regain. It was crushing. After all that work, she felt like she had failed.
But she hadn’t failed — she just needed a reset.
That’s when she found GLP-1 medications. And this time, she knew the medication couldn’t do it all. She needed to heal the emotional patterns underneath. As a trauma expert and survivor, she had spent years helping others rewrite their stories. Now, she had to rewrite hers.
Radiant Reset was born out of that very process. It’s for every woman who’s tried everything, who’s carried shame and survival on her body, and who’s finally ready for change that feels safe, not forced.
